1. What we collect

When you sign up, we collect basic account details such as your name, email address, and profile information. When you use Linkmind, we collect the content you create, your preferences, and usage data that helps us improve the Service.

We also collect technical information such as device type, browser, and IP address for security and analytics.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to provide and improve the Service, personalise your content suggestions, process payments, communicate with you, and keep Linkmind secure. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. LinkedIn & Google OAuth data

When you connect your LinkedIn or Google account, we receive only the data you authorise through their official OAuth flows - such as your profile, email, and (for LinkedIn) the ability to publish on your behalf. We never scrape LinkedIn and only access data through official APIs.

You can revoke this access at any time from your LinkedIn or Google account settings, or by disconnecting within Linkmind.

4. AI processing

Linkmind uses AI models to generate and improve content. The prompts and content you submit may be processed by these models solely to deliver results to you. We do not use your private content to train third-party models without your consent.

5. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When you delete your account, we remove your personal data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law (for example, GST and tax records).

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. You can manage most of this from your dashboard, or contact us for assistance. We respond to data requests in line with applicable Indian data-protection law.

7. Contact

For any privacy questions or requests, email us at contact@linkmind.in and we’ll respond promptly.
