By accessing or using Linkmind ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use Linkmind. You may not share your account with others or use it on behalf of an organisation without authorisation.
Linkmind offers paid subscription plans billed monthly in Indian Rupees (INR). All prices are exclusive of GST, which is added at checkout. A GST-compliant invoice is issued for every payment.
New accounts include a free 24-hour trial with 1 text post and no card required. After the trial, you may subscribe to a paid plan. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard; access continues until the end of the current billing period and no further charges are made.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it, or use it to generate unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content.
We never scrape LinkedIn. Linkmind connects to LinkedIn only through its official API and respects all platform rate limits and policies. You are responsible for ensuring your own use of generated content complies with LinkedIn’s terms.
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Linkmind and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you create using the Service, and you grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the Service.
You may stop using Linkmind at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to others or to the platform. On termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Linkmind is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.
